The Mytrex W Fit Active's EMS generator has 20 levels working on a range of frequencies, from 5 to 100 Hz, so can go deeper in your muscles and work even those that are hard to work through regular exercise. It has a remote control that allows you to adjust these EMS levels as well as its 30 (yes, thirty!) vibration levels and even its two warming levels – one more function that makes your exercise more fun and more effective. Choose one of its three modes/programs (balance, training, exercise) or create your own and have a full body workout!
