Mytrex Elexa Foot Roller

Electric muscle stimulation exercise tool

It's often said that walking is the best exercise for any age: even if you have joint problems or serious conditions, walking keeps your muscles active and your organs functioning properly at a very advanced age. The Japanese know a thing or two about that, having the most aged population in the world! And this is why they created the Mytrex Elexa Foot Roller, an exercise device that can either augment your walking or, in case you cannot walk, replace it by giving the thigh, calf, and foot muscles all the exercise they need using electric muscle stimulation.

The Mytrex Elexa Foot Roller is made up of two parts, the actual roller and two straps, that you attach to your calves or thighs. Using the controller it comes with, you can adjust the EMS frequency separately for either the walking mode (with oscillation going from 25 to 65 Hz) or the training mode (oscillation between 5 and 65 Hz) to achieve the best results. And because it can be used either with or without the rolling motion, you can choose which parts of your legs and feet you want to exercise!
