Lamp Lamp LED Bulb

With every day that passes, light bulbs are becoming more and more a thing of the past, with LED now being the standard for illumination and offering much longer lifespan at a very low cost. The Lamp Lamp LED Bulb is an effort to bridge the gap between the past and present through a unique design concept: an LED lamp, shaped like a regular light bulb tilted on its side with its spiral cap pointing upwards. And if you are wondering where this idea came from, the answer is one of Japan's most distinguished designers and theorists, Kosho Tsuboi.

The Lamp Lamp LED Bulb measures 97 x 81 x 60 mm (3.8 x 3.2 x 2.4") and fits any standard E26 light bulb socket. Its power is 30 watts and it has a lifespan of 20,000 hours, which means that if you have it on for five hours a day, it lasts on for almost 11 years! And while you almost certainly already have a lighting fixture that will fit it, there is an optional 72 x 44 mm (2.8 x 1.7") stand that comes in black or white to showcase it even better.
