Moisture and heat is cooled via the special urethane "spacer" materials in the cushion, and you can control the air flow from strong to weak depending on the temperature (or how hard you working!). The materials is also specially designed so it won't slip or move around on your seat either, meaning you can concentrate fully on your work tasks.
