Sumo Yokozuna Champions Tote Bag

In terms of value for money, the best sumo souvenir anyone can get is the banzuke for the current (and often previous) tournament: these are 58 x 44 cm (22.8 x 17.3") sheets of paper listing the rankings of the wrestlers participating in each official tournament and released about two weeks before the tournament begins. The Sumo Yokozuna Champions Tote Bag features on its front side a special banzuke sheet featuring all the yokozuna grand champions, right up to the 73rd, Terunofuji Haruo!

The Sumo Yokozuna Champions Tote Bag is a little smaller than a real banzuke (it measures 37 x 35 cm, or 14.6 x 13.8"), but is still capable of holding a lot of stuff, making it very handy as a secondary bag. Its handles are 26 cm (10.2") so you can easily hang it from your shoulder. If you want to use it in a more somber context, the bag is plain black on the reverse. But of course, what makes it really special is the banzuke side, handwritten like the real thing and featuring a history of sumo from 1650 to the present day!
