Beautifully hand-crafted from ash hardwood, the Chinon Legato iPhone Speaker CH-PS840 provides natural amplification for a new kind of listening experience. No power is needed (it's a passive speaker) and the elegant horn shape of the speaker creates a warm, intimate kind of sound.
The Legato is designed to enhance mid, mid-low and mid-high sound (150 to 8,500 Hertz), increasing sound by around six decibels. Meanwhile, the design emphasizes the natural grain of the wood and the graceful curve of the horn shape.
You can recharge your iPhone while using the speaker and the dock works with iPhone 4, 4S, 5, 5S and 5C handsets. The resonance chamber channels sound that will work best as background music to change the ambience of a room, and frankly, the dock itself looks simply stunning as an ornament in its own right.
