You can control its temperature via the stepless slider to make the food exactly as hot as you want. To ensure that the dish doesn't dry out, it comes with a water tank that you fill with water before you start cooking. And because it's meant to be used indoors, the Zojirushi Multi Roaster is equipped with a catalytic filter that reduces smoke and odor by up to 90%!
