Kikkoman Goyogura Nama Premium Soy Sauce

Limited-edition unpasteurized soy condiment

There was a time when the phrase "purveyor to the royal court" meant something in many countries. These days, kings aren't what they used to be but since Japan has had an emperor for 1,500 years, to say that the Kikkoman Goyogura Nama Premium Soy Sauce is used by the Imperial Household Agency for the palace's kitchen is a big honor. And if you try it, you will understand why Japan's emperor does too!

Like all unpasteurized soy sauces, the Kikkoman Goyogura Nama Premium Soy Sauce has a lighter color, a sweeter aroma, and smoother and more delicate taste than regular, pasteurized sauces. This is the reason it works better if used in cooking instead of for direct dipping with, say, sushi or sashimi. It has been made using only Japanese ingredients (soy from Niigata Prefecture and wheat from Gunma Prefecture) and comes in a luxury packaging of either one or two 300 ml (10 fl oz) bottles. If you're cooking Japanese at home, the Kikkoman Goyogura Nama Premium Soy Sauce takes your dishes to a whole different level!
