Kinome Ceramic Coffee Filter

Flowerpot-shaped drip coffee maker

It is so beautifully designed that even if you're not a great coffee drinker, you'll love having the Kinome Ceramic Coffee Filter at home just for its looks: when not in use, it can stay on your shelf as an ornament resembling a beautifully designed flower pot with a small two- or four-leaf plant in it. And being available in two sizes, the large being about 105 x 105 x 85 mm (4.1 x 4.1 x 3.3") and the small about 90 x 90 x 65 mm (3.5 x 3.5 x 2.6"), it fits in almost any space.

But it's in the kitchen where the Kinome Ceramic Coffee Filter really comes into its own: use the stand to place it over your favorite coffee mug, fill it with your favorite ground beans (the stem of the "plant" also works as a measure for how much coffee you need for up to four cups), and then start pouring water. No paper filter is needed – or wanted – since the Kinome's porcelain allows the water to saturate your coffee without affecting the flavor. If you take your filter coffee seriously, these filters are a must!
