Of course Studio Ghibli has a museum in Tokyo! Having produced some of anime's greatest films – Hayao Miyazaki's works alone would be enough, but there are over a dozen more films since it was founded in 1986 – and some of the anime's most recognizable characters, the studio created the museum in 2001. Getting tickets normally requires booking weeks in advance. Don't want to wait that long? Try the Ghibli Museum Original Button Collection.
This set contains 10 resin buttons designed by Studio Ghibli's animators especially for the museum. The star of the collection is, of course, Totoro, the forest spirit from Studio Ghibli's 1988 film My Neighbor Totoro, this time in pink instead of the usual gray, but the rest of the items are just as beautiful: an airplane that could have been in the Castle in the Sky, a door that opens to reveal an onigiri rice ball like those in Spirited Away, and more. Use them as actual buttons (they have metal loops on their back) or as decoration items, and put some Ghibli magic in your life!
