The end of the Covid pandemic made most people around the world breathe more freely, metaphorically and literally, since they threw away their masks and pretty much forgot all about them. In Japan, though, "no Covid" doesn't mean "no masks." The Japanese had been using face masks for over a century before Covid and have continued to use them to stop others from getting suck during flu season, to protect themselves against allergies, and sometimes, like in the case of the Ya-Man MediLift Face Lift Mask, to give their facial muscles a workout!

Based on Ya-Man's previous EMS-powered mask (also available here at Japan Trend Shop), the MediLift Face Lift Mask looks like two regular masks connected in a way to completely cover your face. And while this makes it very effective as a regular mask and as protection from the sun (it has an UPF50+ UV protection index, which means it can block over 98% of UV radiation), its main function is actually to hold your face muscles firmly, offering a degree of resistance and strengthening the muscles every time you talk. And being available in three colors (navy, greige and black), you can accessorize it with the rest of your outfit!
