Anstouch Anti-Static Hook

Static electricity eliminator device

Door-opening hooks started being used in Japan during the time of the Covid-19 pandemic as a way to minimize exposure to the virus but it didn't take long before someone thought that depending on the material, they can also help deal with another problem of much smaller importance than a deadly virus but more constant: the discharge of static electricity on your hands when touching a metallic object, especially in the winter when the air is very dry. The Anstouch Anti-Static Hook is the answer to this problem.

Made of ABS, iron, and silicone and equipped with a chain so you can hang it from your belt or bag for whenever you want to use it, the Anstouch Anti-Static Hook grabs the metallic handles at home or car door, and eliminates the static electricity before it shocks you. Put your hand inside the grip or just hold it in your hand and use the tip to ground the electricity. At just 45 x 16 x 86 mm (1.8 x 0.6 x 3.4"), the hook can fit in pretty much any hand.
