Everybody is talking about how complicated Tokyo's railway network is. With 40 million passengers daily moving through over 158 lines and getting on and off at 2,210 stations, it certainly is complex but not half as complex as the highway system, which connects Japan's capital with the rest of the country. Dozens of overpasses and hundreds of exits and entrances, often in some of Tokyo's most central spots, make this expressway system a real nightmare and is one of the reasons Tokyoites don't drive. The network is so confusing that it often feels it has been created randomly and this is exactly the premise of the Tokyo Highway Rainbow City!
The Tokyo Highway Rainbow City contains an assortment of streets, pillars, and landmarks (airports, stadiums, bridges, etc.) as well as 40 cars of various types to move according to the game's rules, which can be either basic or for specific missions. The fun part is that like many things in Japan, how you proceed is determined by rock paper scissors so every time you play, you get different layouts that could be as normal or bizarre as chance determines!
