The brilliantly simple idea is that instead of rolling up, the Toffy Exercise Mat BC02 folds into three, so the 150 x 4.5 x 50 cmm (59 x 1.8 x 19.7") mat becomes just 50 x 13.5 x 50 cm (19.7 x 5.3 x 19.7"), which makes it much easier to carry around in a simple tote bag (and if you don't have one already, it comes with a bag). The best part is that besides yoga or stretching, it can also be used in its folded state for step or jumping exercises!
