The Thermos Shuttle Chef Pot is a combined cooking pot insulated container. Think of it as a pot that goes inside another pot. The cooking pot, thanks to the special triple-layered fluorine-coated structure in the bottom, absorbs enough heat if you cook your food in it for about 10-15 minutes (it works with practically any type of ranging, including open flame and IH), and the container allows it to retain this heat for another 30 minutes, enough to finish your cooking!
