Shinjuku Nakamuraya Nikuman Steamed Pork Bun Humidifier

Famous Tokyo store product theme climate control

Nakamuraya has been part of the food scene in Shinjuku (one of Tokyo's busiest districts) scene since 1909, making sweet and savory snacks, baked goods, and even ethnic food, including some of the best nikuman, the Japanese version of the Chinese baozi or steamed buns filled with pork, mushrooms, and cabbage. To celebrate these nikuman, which Nakamuraya calls Chukaman, and their 95th birthday, the company gave its permission for the creation of a unique device that will become a staple on your desk: the Shinjuku Nakamuraya Nikuman Steamed Pork Bun Humidifier!

White and shaped like one of Nakamuraya's trademark buns, the Shinjuku Nakamuraya Nikuman Steamed Pork Bun Humidifier is essentially an 110 ml (3.7 fl oz) tank that you can fill with water and attach to any USB source, using the cable it comes with. After that, it's literally just the flick of a switch and then your space is filled with a steamy mist that transforms the air surrounding you. And it keeps on doing so for three consecutive hours!
