Rubik's Cube Panels

You have solved Rubik's Cube so many times that it's no longer a challenge to you. You have even mastered solving it with a time limit. This puzzle has been around for 50 years so what more can it offer to challenge you? Well, quite a bit, actually: the reason the cube has managed to stay alive for half a century is its regular transformations and the latest one, the Rubik's Cube Panels, will make you feel like a beginner all over again!

What makes the Rubik's Cube Panels different is that though it's a regular 3 x 3 Rubik's Cube, the single panels for three of its colors (white, red, and green) can be removed and replaced by longer (1 x 2 or 1 x 3) or wider (4 x 4) ones. Which means that some of the moves are blocked, making the usual set solutions for the cube impossible! Of course, you can still solve it, but will you be able to figure out how?!
