On offer here is the Omaezaki Lighthouse, the country’s first to employ a rotating flash lens. In honor of this historical innovation, the 1/150 scale model plays up its illuminating capacity in five different interchangeable, brilliant colors.

The original Omaezaki Lighthouse, designed in 1872 under the direction of Englishman Richard Henry Branton and erected in 1874, still exists today on the Shizuoka Coast as a much-loved tourist site.
