You probably know Porter from its collaboration with New York artist Kaws or Levis, but the truth is that the bags and accessories brand has been a staple of the Japanese market since 1962, when its mother company, Yoshida, first introduced it. The My Neighbor Totoro Porter Two-Way Shoulder Bag is yet another innovative collaboration, this time with one of the most iconic characters in all of Japanese anime, Totoro from Hayao Miyazaki's 1988 film My Neighbor Totoro.
Besides being a very practical dual-purpose bag that you can use either with its long strap as a shoulder bag or with its short strap as a handbag (both straps are detachable), the My Neighbor Totoro Porter Two-Way Shoulder Bag is also an homage to Totoro himself, featuring the beloved character on the bottom of the main compartment and an external pocket covered with beige acrylic fur that brings to mind Totoro's furry chest!
