It has the typical Muji approach to the minimal and in this instance, simplicity also functions brilliantly as camouflage!
Just slip in a pot of freshener (Muji's own or otherwise) and then turn it on using the switch underneath. It will release the fresh and perfumed air in bursts of every thirty seconds, stopping after ten minutes. Just be careful to grab the right thing when you actually need real toilet paper!
