Mizuno Snoopy Medicine Ball

Medicine balls are a very useful tool, whether you are exercising or rehabilitating from an accident or surgery: an excellent tool for building core strength that can be found in any gym, they are easy to use and versatile. Collaborating with Peanuts Worldwide, Mizuno has made a medicine ball shaped as the iconic beagle! The Mizuno Snoopy Medicine Ball measures about 380 x 320 mm (15 x 12.6") and weighs approximately 2 kg (4.4 lb), which makes it good for beginner and intermediate exercise. Use it to work any muscle group in your upper body (it's made of polyester and polyurethane so is surprisingly sturdy) and when you're done, Snoopy can sit anywhere and decorate your home.
