Despite their age (technically they have been around for centuries since they were invented in the late 19th), pyrethroid insect repellents never stopped being part of our summer defenses against mosquitoes and their other blood-sucking relatives. But there is one problem with them: they often don't last long enough to protect us for the whole night. Lion Chemical, one of the earliest chemical companies in Japan (it was established in 1885), decided it was time someone solved that problem and the answer is the Lion Mosquito Coils!
Each of the Lion Mosquito Coils lasts 12 hours, much longer than a regular mosquito coil. But if that wasn't enough, thanks to Lion Chemical's new and improved formula, each coil has an aftereffect of another three hours, giving you almost 15 mosquito-free hours! And it comes in a beautiful vintage-style can with a lid that doubles as a tray, so there's no need for a holder either!
