Kirin Ichiban Shibori Beer Erasers

Japanese brewery stationery

Eraser? As in, a pencil eraser? As in something you use to erase graphite marks from paper? Who uses one of those anymore? Well, as every parent knows, children do from kindergarten to at least junior high, and this is quite a large number of people. But if you're in Japan, it's even more because locals just love paper and using pencils. As a matter of fact, they not only make some of the best paper and pencils on the planet, they also make all kinds of amazing stationery to go with them. Stationery like the Kirin Ichiban Shibori Beer Erasers!

Granted, there is a novelty dimension to the Kirin Ichiban Shibori Beer Erasers: they're all shaped like three versions of Kirin's Ichiban Shibori lager, the original brew and the white and black versions of the prime brew. All three are made to look like beer cans and since they have been designed by Kirin itself, the attention to detail is amazing! The truth is, though, that at 18 x 35 mm (0.7 x 1.4"), these are all very practical and very good erasers, and will certainly come in handy the next time you decide to go analog and use an actual pencil!
