If you're a believer in aromatherapy and its effects on your mood, or if you just like your space to smell beautifully, you probably already have a sizable collection of aroma diffusers, low and high tech. No matter how many you have, though, you will certainly want to add the kaminoka Aroma Diffuser to your collection, both for its looks (another testament to the imagination of Japanese designers) and its efficient way of spreading its aroma around. And the fact that it is also the result of traditional Japanese craftsmanship ties the whole package together beautifully!
The inspiration behind kaminoka Aroma Diffuser are the tsumami-kanzashi ornamental hairpins that courtesans used to wear in the Edo period (1600-1868): shaped like flowers and hanging from strings and wires, they create a spectacular sight and this has been reproduced in this diffuser in the form of a mobile. Available in three designs with four, six, or eight flowers of different sizes, all handmade from Japanese paper, it can be hanged anywhere in your space to spread the fragrance of the aromatic oil you have dripped on the flowers as the wind makes the whole thing move!
