The Fundodai High-Grade Soy Sauce Set offers a 100 ml (3.4 fl oz) bottle each of Fundodai's Clear Soy Sauce and Truffle Soy Sauce, plus a 45 g (1.6 oz) bottle of Wasabi Oil, a mix of wasabi and mild rapeseed oil. The two sauces are made differently from regular soy sauce, giving them a transparent look and lighter texture without sacrificing the saltiness and umami of soy.
