Electric muscle stimulation with a range between two and 100 Hz, 5,000 rpm vibration, and temperatures between 36-42°C (96.8-107.6°F) all combine in two different modes (one for the soles and one for the calves) to keep your feet and legs healthy, regardless of how much you actually walk!
