Made of 100% natural hinoki cypress wood from the prefectures of Nagano and Gifu, the Akomeya Tokyo Onigiri Molds allow you to create onigiri that are not only perfectly shaped but also have an extraordinary taste because hinoki absorbs excess moisture, making the rice exactly as dry as it should be. The molds come in two sizes, each for two onigiri of either 100 g (3.5 oz) or 60 g (2.2 oz), and besides the actual molds you also get a board that goes underneath so you won't have to worry about messing your kitchen bench!
