Akaishi Foot Release Mat

The Akaishi Foot Release Mat is a pad made of EVA and measuring about 295 x 50 x 300 mm (11.6 x 2x 11.8"). It's available in two colors corresponding to two levels of hardness: the regular in mocha color and the firmer version in black. It features three different types of protrusions so you can work different muscles on the soles of your feet and as a bonus, it can also be placed on your seat to do the same work on your thigh muscles – the ones that get numb from having to sit all the time!
