Kirin Beer Decorative Masking Tape

Japanese brewery stationery

Washi, the Japanese paper that is made (and mostly handmade) from mulberry and other shrubs, has been around in Japan for over 1,200 years but amazingly, the Japanese are still finding new ways to use paper and to create unique items like decorative masking tape, of which countless designs exist in Japan. Including the Kirin Beer Decorative Masking Tape.

Targeting fans of one of Japan's top breweries, the Kirin Beer Decorative Masking Tape comes in two designs. One features the Kirin logo and namesake, a mythical beast that could be a dragon, horse, or deer. The other is a collage of Kirin products including beer bottles and cans, glasses filled with frothy beer, and images from the company's commercials. Each roll is about 7 meters (23 feet) long and 20 mm (0.8") wide, so you have always plenty of material to decorate your diaries or notebooks!
