Gator Panic Home Edition

If you are a gamer, the name Namco will instantly bring to mind Pac-Man, arguably one of the all-time classics in gaming history. But in its 69 years, the Tokyo-based company can boast many more successes, one of which was (and still is, thanks to retro mania), Gator Panic, a variation of Whac-A-Mole. Since the game can still be found in arcades all over Japan, most locals recognize it immediately. And the Gator Panic Home Edition offers a great version for playing at home!

Like its larger arcade brother, the Gator Panic Home Edition has a winning premise: alligators pop out from their hideouts and the player has to strike them with a hammer to make them go back in. The difference with Whac-A-Mole, other than the more exotic protagonists, is that the reptiles don't appear vertically but horizontally, like a real gator would! Self-explanatory and incredibly fun to play at any age, the Gator Panic Home Edition only requires three C batteries!
