The Toshiba TV Wireless Speaker TY-WSD20 comes in two parts, a transmitter that you connect to your TV using the included optical digital cable, and the receiver/speaker. The transmitter is just 70 x 22.5 x 52 mm (2.8 x 0.9 x 2") so you won't even know it's there, and the speaker (which is actually two 2 W cones) can be taken anywhere around your space. As soon as you turn it on, you get clear, crisp sound from your TV no matter where you are, and it continues delivering that for up to 16 hours on a single 5 V USB charge!
