The Lumbar Helper is a combination of a 91 x 27 x 7 cm (35.6 x 10.6 x 2.8") harness and a three-part pillow that you can inflate using its built-in pump. You attach it to your waist, tighten it as much as you want, and then inflate it as needed. When it gets to the desired size, you stop inflating and start working with your waist comfortably and securely supported. And when you are done for the day, you can easily deflate the Lumbar Helper, put it in its 10 x 14 x 6.8 cm (3.9 x 5.5 x 2.7") pouch, and even use it in your car or at home too!
