Making your own natural juice at home seems perfectly normal these days but that wasn't always the case: even though blenders were invented over a century ago, it wasn't until the 1960s that they became a household item thanks to the changes in people's diet and the realization that more fruits and vegetables are good for our health. The Toffy K-BD5 Glass Blender is a tribute to the blenders and juicers of that era, bringing to your kitchen a touch of design from back then, while offering some of our era's improvements!
The major one is the motor: with two speeds available, one at about 20,500 revolutions per minute and the other at about 21,500 revolutions, the Toffy K-BD5 Glass Blender can work with ingredients of any hardness up to and including ice, so if you want crushed ice for your margaritas or for a Japanese kakigori dessert, it happily obliges. And of course, the 600 ml cup accommodates all the fruits and vegetables you want for anything from juices to smoothies, purees, or thick soups. And the best part? It has a heat resistance of up to 120°C (248°F) so you can use it at different stages during your cooking!
