Although he never got to become a shogun, Takeda Shingen from Kai Province (today's Yamanashi Prefecture) was one of the most powerful feudal lords and generals of the period of the civil wars in the 15th and 16th centuries. Having defeated Tokugawa Ieyasu, who later became Japan's greatest shogun, he could have gone on to unify Japan, but his untimely (and mysterious) death ended his career early. He's still celebrated in Japan and now, with the Short Samurai Underwear Takeda Shingen, you can pay tribute to him too!
Featuring a beautiful print of the warrior's haidate, the part of the armor that covered the thighs, the Short Samurai Underwear Takeda Shingen comes in three sizes (M, L, and LL) for waist sizes from 76 cm (29.9") to 104 cm (41"). Its stretchable fabric (60% cotton, 35% polyester, and 5% polyurethane) fits you perfectly, even if your sizes falls between the three. And despite its snug fit, it's still very breathable so you won't feel uncomfortable even during the worst of the summer heat!
