If you want to be scientific about it, you should call it Prosopocoilus giraffa, aka the giraffe stag beetle, but the simplest way to remember it is as the world's largest stag beetle. Found in the humidity-ridden forests of Asia, Japan included, this monstrous beetle can reach 119 mm (4.6") in length with its huge toothed, notched mandibles that are about half the size of its body. Impressive as this might be, the RevoGeo Giraffe Stag Beetle Model is even more impressive, because it takes everything 100% up reaching a total length of 210 mm (8.2")!

The artists spared no effort in creating an amazing model of the huge insect out of PVC and ABS, and giving it 20 movable parts – practically as many as those of the real beetle.
