Made by Iwate-based metal artisan Rikucho Ogasawara, whose career spans six decades, the Yaki-Onigiri Grilled Rice Ball Maker Iron Plate is your answer to making perfect yaki-onigiri at home. Crafted with Nanbu-tetsu, a type of four-hundred-year-old iron-making from the south of Iwate, the plate allows you to grill four rice balls without the need to use a pan or skillet that might burn or cause the rice to stick.
