Made of polyester and polyurethane, the Water-Spitting Pufferfish Tissue Dispenser is 24 x 16 x 19 cm (9.4 x 6.3 x 7.5") and can be filled from the zippered opening in its bottom with bulk tissue paper sheets. This means that you're not limited by the size of the box and can use any type of tissue. The tissue comes out of the fish's mouth, making it look like it's spitting water. For more convenience, it also has a loop on its back so you can hang it up to make the pufferfish look like it's swimming!
