Curry doesn't get more kawaii than this! The Tottori Yamanote Story Hana Kifujin Pink Curry looks more like a dessert than a main course. Add the roux to a plate of rice for a truly unique meal, inspired by the Tottori Yamanote Story Hana Kifujin shuttlebus. It is a special regional food item from Tottori Prefecture, usually available only from local restaurants or Yonago Airport (a place famous for "GeGeGe no Kitaro" by Shigeru Mizuki).
The mock-European theme of Hana Kifujin comes from one of the tourist spots in Tottori, a 1907 French Renaissance-style manor called Jinpukaku. The pink color of the curry itself derives from its ingredients: Tottori beetroot, which is good for fighting anemia and constipation, and also produces antioxidative effects.
The Tottori Yamanote Story Hana Kifujin Pink Curry features:
- Made with Tottori beetroot
- 200g (7.1 oz)
