Despite its slim profile (it is is just 3.8 cm or 1.5" thick), the Doctor Air 3D Air Stretch Mat Rich Sleep contains three airbags, which are connected to a small (about 10.2 x 10.3 x 31 cm / 4 x 4 x 12") pump and controlled by an engine that provides three types of movement (Deep Breath, Stretch, and Cradle) at three levels of intensity and in three modes (Stretch, Sleep, and Good Morning). Using the remote control, you can set these in various combinations and make the airbags go up and down or sideways so you can relax completely, breathe better, and get a perfect, refreshing sleep!
