Yes, everyone knows Totoro and Kaonashi (aka No-Face) but true fans of Hayao Miyazaki and Studio Ghibli will immediately respond to the words "Leetay Latuparita Ulus Aria Los Balu Netoreel" that are emblazoned on the Castle in the Sky Activation/Protection Spell Belt, together with the Laputian robots that have also become a signature image of Studio Ghibli – to such an extent that one of them stands on the rooftop garden of the Ghibli Museum in Tokyo!
As the name Castle in the Sky Activation/Protection Spell Belt suggests, the words on this stylish webbed belt come from the 1986 anime feature film, the first produced by the studio. The belt is 136 x 3.3 cm (53.5 x 1.2"), so can fit almost all sizes, but if you need it much shorter, you can take off the buckle, cut it to the size you want, and then reattach the buckle. (This was originally a military belt, so practicality is a major concern!) The belt is made of nylon, while the buckle is iron and features a GBL Studio Ghibli inscription.
