With a timer up to 120 minutes in 30-minute steps and heating up to 48°C (118°F), lay the large, long blanket across the bottom of your bed or futon, and then slip your feet underneath. Alternatively, place the blanket over your duvet or comforter, or underneath you when you lie down to sleep. You can also wear it around your shoulders when you are relaxing on the sofa, watching your favorite TV show or staying up to date with your social media feeds. The blanket is fully washable: just detach the cable and pop it in your washing machine to clean it.
