Ninja Pin Mini

If there's one thing everyone knows about the ninja is that they were stealthy: they could get in and out of any building and no one would notice them or know they were there, even after they left. Is it true? Nobody seems to know for sure – or care, for that matter – but apparently this idea seemed very appealing to designer Shuji Miyamoto. It inspired his Ninja Pin, already available at Japan Trend Shop, and now the Ninja Pin Mini, a new and improved version!

Specially made for the soft walls of Japanese houses and apartments, the Ninja Pin Mini can also be used on other similar surfaces like cork boards or soft wood. Using an angular instead of the usual cylindrical shape, the Ninja Pin Mini sticks more easily and leaves a very small footprint when removed, much like the black-clad, hood-wearing assassins of medieval Japan! They come in three colors (clear/transparent, white and black), measure 6 x 3 x 12 mm (0.2 x 0.x 0.5"), and have a long head that makes them easier to pull out than regular thumbtacks.
