It is called the Nakagawa Masashichi Shoten Goto-nada Sea Flower Salt but just to be clear, this salt doesn't actually comes from flowers! It comes from the clear waters of the Goto-nada Sea, west of Nagasaki on the island of Kyushu, and is a crystal salt with a special flavor particularly suited to salads as well as a good steak (it doesn't need to be Japanese wagyu: it works fine with any high-quality beef). It's not for use during actual cooking, though: these long flakes (the "flower" part) work best as a finishing touch once your food is on the plate!

Like everything in the catalog of Nakagawa Masashichi Shoten, a very old shop in Nara that not only promotes local craftspeople but also unique products from all over Japan, the Nakagawa Masashichi Shoten Goto-nada Sea Flower Salt is an artisanal product, created with methods that go back centuries and using only natural ingredients (just seawater and firewood from the Goto archipelago). What you get in this 30 g (1 oz) bag is not just salt but a whole new culinary experience!
