Michi-Kusa Oval Wildflower Vase

Miniature design flower ornament

They are two of tools of any practitioner of ikebana, the Japanese art of flower arrangement: a special scissors with the big loops called shoka or hana-basami, and the kenzan, a plate with needles that is put inside the pot to fix the stems of the flowers. The Michi-Kusa Oval Wildflower Vase is not actually an ikebana pot but uses a kenzan to allow you to create your own miniature flower arrangements. What makes it special is that the end result only has to be a few centimeters or inches big!

That's because the size of the Michi-Kusa Oval Wildflower Vase itself: it's just 70 x 40 x 40 mm (2.8 x 1.6 x 1.6"). Thanks to the kenzan inside, you can arrange the flowers at any angle and this, together with the oval shape, makes the vase very convenient to put in any available space, even among your books on a shelf. And it comes in five beautiful transparent colors that create amazing effects as they catch the sunlight!
