Hokkaido New Cook Art

Microwave oven multiuse cooker

Based on natural ingredients, with very few condiments, and cooked very lightly, Japanese cuisine is among the easiest in the world – some of its best (and most famous) dishes are even eaten raw! But the Hokkaido New Cook Art takes "easy" to a whole new level, allowing you to do almost anything in your microwave oven. And there is a very practical reason behind this: since many Japanese apartments are very small, fewer appliances means more space. A microwave oven is by default multipurpose (capable of defrosting, warming up, and even baking if it has an oven component), so when combined with this cooker, it can really do pretty much anything!

The Hokkaido New Cook Art can bake, simmer, steam, and even stir fry. What it does is convert the microwaves of your oven into far-infrared rays so you can cook safely, easily, and quickly. Its inner side is ceramic-coated, making it is easy to clean and, at 25.3 x 13 x 13 cm (10 x 5.1 x 5.1"), it fits pretty much any microwave oven. From steamed vegetables to fried eggs, Japanese rice, or Chinese gyoza dumplings, it does anything and everything, saving you space, time, and energy!
