Chip and Dale Nibbling Toy

You've probably never thought about it, but one of the things that babies and animals do that we all enjoy is nibble on our fingers. The robot engineers of Yukai Engineering, a Tokyo-based electronics company, that thought this sensation could be reproduced for a toy that would appeal to children and adults alike. And such a toy is even more appealing when it looks like two of the world's most adorable squirrels, Disney's Chip and Dale. And the result, the Chip and Dale Nibbling Toy, proves them right!

The two squirrels always go together but if you have a favorite, you can order Chip or Dale alone. Whatever your choice, either of the Chip and Dale Nibbling Toys is 120 x 240 x 160 mm (4.7 x 9.4 x 6.3") and powered by three AA alkaline batteries. When you turn it on and put your finger in its mouth, the built-in sensor detects you and starts making small biting movements according to an algorithm the designers call Hamgorhythm ("hamu" is another word for "eat" in Japanese). The movements vary, so every time you get a different experience!
