Takara Tomy's Ningen Gakki turns the human body into a musical instrument. Four people can "play" each other's instruments together: everyone holds the silver handles and then, by touching another person's body you can create musical sounds.
The sounds generated change and vary depending on where and how you are making contact with your partner: their cheek, forehead, chin, nose and so on! There are also different modes, allowing to experiment with maintaining melodies or turning your partner into a human drum machine, complete with snares, cymbals and more.
